You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. All returns must meet the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unfitted, and in its original packaging.
The product must be in resalable condition, free from damage, scratches, or missing parts.
Any included accessories, manuals, and components must be returned with the item.
Special-order or bespoke items (e.g. custom-cut furniture or personalised products) are non-returnable unless faulty.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been installed, used, or damaged after delivery.
Contact Us First
Email us at returns@ebzone.co.uk or call 01293 783344 within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return.
Include Your Order Number
Please provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return. We’ll issue you a return reference and provide instructions.
Package the Item Securely
Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend keeping the original packaging until you are sure the item is right for you.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you notice any damage or faults, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographs to assess the issue.
In the case of a faulty or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item back in our warehouse and confirming its condition.
Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
If you'd like to exchange an item, let us know when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and return conditions.
For certain large or bulky items, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. We will inform you of any applicable charges when you contact us to arrange the return.
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Items that have been installed or used
Bespoke or made-to-order products
Toilets, toilet seats, or hygiene-sensitive items if packaging has been opened
Clearance or ex-display items (where stated)
