Origins Living mirror demister pads are designed to prevent bathroom mirrors from misting up after showers or in humid environments. They use a slim, self-adhesive heating element that warms the back of the mirror just enough to keep the glass surface slightly warmer than the surrounding air. This stops condensation from forming, ensuring a clear reflection at all times.

The demister pad fits behind the mirror and connects to the electrical circuit, typically coming on with the bathroom light or mirror switch. It is quick to warm up and safe for use in damp environments. Each pad has a protective insulation layer and is rated for bathroom zones where moisture is present. Installation is straightforward for an electrician—simply peel the backing, position it centrally behind the mirror, and connect to a switched live feed.
