1. Returns Period
You can return unused items within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Goods
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Products that have been installed or used cannot be returned unless faulty.

4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our product guarantee.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, bespoke, or special-order products cannot be returned unless faulty.
