Smaller accessories are usually shipped by courier, while larger items such as furniture, baths and shower enclosures are delivered using specialist pallet or two-person delivery services where appropriate.

If you live in a remote location, including the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands or certain rural postcodes, additional delivery charges or longer delivery times may apply. If this affects your order, we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional costs or delivery arrangements.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

Delivery times depend on the products you've ordered and whether they are in stock. Many bathroom accessories are available for dispatch within 1–3 working days, while larger items or products ordered directly from manufacturers may take 5–10 working days.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock and special-order items, we may hold the order until everything is ready so it can be delivered together. If you need your items urgently, please contact us before placing your order and we'll advise on the quickest available delivery options.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive confirmation and, where available, tracking information so you can follow its progress. Larger items such as bathroom furniture, baths and shower enclosures may be delivered by specialist carriers who will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Please note that deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands and other remote areas may take slightly longer than standard UK delivery times.

Product Guarantees

At Ebzone, we only supply bathroom products from trusted manufacturers renowned for their quality, reliability and craftsmanship. Every product is covered by a manufacturer's guarantee, giving you added confidence in your purchase.

Guarantee periods vary depending on the brand and product type. Many bathroom accessories are supplied with guarantees ranging from 2 to 15 years, while selected products such as brassware, furniture and ceramics may include even longer warranties. The exact guarantee period is shown on each individual product page where applicable.

Manufacturer guarantees cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use. They do not normally cover accidental damage, incorrect installation, misuse, neglect, poor maintenance or general wear and tear.

To ensure your guarantee remains valid, products should always be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions and maintained using suitable cleaning products. We recommend avoiding abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these may damage finishes and invalidate the warranty.

If you experience a problem with a product covered by its guarantee, simply contact our customer service team with your order details and, where possible, photographs of the issue. We'll work directly with the manufacturer to resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
